This is Romulan scout ship from Federation Models that I purchased about a year ago. It was a very easy build with only 5 resin pieces. The base coat was Model Masters OD Green. I forgot what I used for the engine glow, but it looks good to me. After the paint dried for a day I used pastels for the wing effect and weathering. I tried to get a worn look to the ship like it's been on patrol for a long time. Then I gave it a coating of Testers Dull Coat.
