I'm a confectioner so it is my job to create sweets and stuff like that.

My boy had a birthday, and as a big Star Wars fan he wanted something special to serve his friends at the birthday party. So I created an X-wing from chocolate. As you all know the X-wings are very good in fighting the Imperium but it had no chance against 7 and 8 year old boys.

However it was great fun building and baking a science fiction cake.
